FAQ'S

Are you a professional tree surgeon?

Yes. James is currently qualified as a Level 3 Arborist.

What is the smallest job you will take on?

We can attend to any job regardless of size. We do have a minimum charge but that can be reduced to a reasonable rate if we can fit in a small job while we are in the area and 'do it as we go past'. Give us a call and let's see what we can do for you.

Do you offer free quotes?

We are very happy to provide free quotes. Just make contact with us here and we will arrange a time to visit with you to discuss your requirements.

Do you match competitors quote?

We will always offer the best quote for the project at hand. But if possible to do so without sacrificing the standards, quality and safety of our work, we will be happy to match a competitors quote. You are welcome to discuss this with James at the time of receiving our quote or if you get a subsequent quote which appears more favourable.

My trees look fine, why would I need an arborist?

Unlike trees in the forest, urban trees will form bad habits that need to be corrected as they mature to prevent them from becoming weak or hazardous. The trees in your garden do not normally get proper nutrition from the soil and less vigorous trees will attract various insects and diseases into your landscape.

Do you have any insurance cover while working on my property?

Yes. We have a $20million public liability insurance which covers all people and all property whether it is yours, the neighbours or a boundary fence). All our staff are covered by the strict Health & Safety regulations and requirements.

Who will be working on my project and what experience do they have?

James is the site manager on all projects. He has been actively working non-stop in the tree services industry since 1992, has become an extremely proficient high climber and knows just about all there is to know about trees (can never stop learning). He is supported by a team of 4 others who are well experienced in the tasks they are allocated from tree climbing and pruning to machinery operations.
